Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can shop at The Luxury Arcade without creating an account, but creating an account is quick and simple and enables you to place orders at the click of a button.
I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, click here to change it or follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the log in page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password directly via email.
Which size should I choose?
You can click on the size guide tab in each product listings page to find out the measurements of each product type to determine your correct size.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items displayed are in stock, check the colour and size from option boxes on the product page to find out which colour and sizes are available. Colours and sizes that are not available, will not appear for selection.
What payment methods does The Luxury Arcade accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, currently at this time we do not accept Paypal (this will become available soon).
Is it safe to use my credit card online at The Luxury Arcade?
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide and all fees are calculated automatically during the checkout procedure.
Does The Luxury Arcade ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For any special requests, contact email@example.com
How soon can I get my order?
Once an order is processed delivery should be with you within 3-7 working days. When your order is shipped, an email is sent to you containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at email@example.com so we can urgently review the matter for you!
Will I have to pay for duties and taxes on top of my order?
The Luxury Arcade unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We also unfortunately cannot mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.
