Delivery Postage Charges

All our delivery prices are calculated automatically based on location.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Delivery Timeframes

Once an order is processed delivery should be with you within 3-7 working days. When your order is shipped, an email is sent to you containing a tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please email orders@theluxuryarcade.com.

 

Return or Exchange Requirements

Normal priced products can be returned within 7 days and you will receive a full refund.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

 

All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned. All shipping and handling charges, gift cards and store credit are nonrefundable. Items purchased from previous collections must abide by previously enforced policies. Returns not abiding by this policy will be returned to sender.
